I am born in Lombok, Eastern Indonesia and Tasmania is my home. I am creating objects from recycled materials which has led to award winning sculpture pieces in Australia. I am also a painter mainly using oil paint to create vibrant colour. I have found inspiration in the Australian landscape and Tasmanian ancient forests and rugged coastline and the circle of 4 seasons. My work is partly social critical as well as contemporary decorative. I am also a performer and dancer incorporating environmental issues combined with traditional Indonesian elements.
